We’re redesigning Outreach’s Activity Feed to help you stay on top of important engagements that matter the most to give you more visibility when working in Outreach. The new Activity Feed offers a more intuitive design, prominent icons, and advanced filtering, allowing users to easily access and filter activity performance in the following categories: Engagements, Notes, Record Updates and System updates.
As we roll out this update, you’ll notice two main changes to your activity feed:

Pro tip: Want your activity feed to travel with you, wherever you work? You’re in luck! This update will make it significantly easier to use your activity feed when in window mode.
Much like Instagram allows you to stay up to date on every morsel of food your second cousin consumes, our activity feed lets you know in real time who is interacting with your emails and when. However, while you probably don’t care about what type of avocado toast Jennifer is eating right now, you definitely want to know when your prospects are replying to your emails so you can catch them while they’re most engaged. With this redesigned and enhanced interface, we hope it’s that much easier for you to strike while the iron is hot!
