Outreach Voice Pricing Summary

The option to enable an integrated Sales Dialer is included in the Outreach Platform.

  • Customers using the dialer pay for usage including voice minutes and phone numbers.
  • We offer pay-per-use or subscription plans for both voice minutes and phone numbers.
  • Customers can choose the best set of options depending on their needs.

Paying for Voice Minutes

Summary

Counting Minutes

  • Minutes are connected time only.
  • Call durations are rounded up to the nearest minute.
  • If users make calls by bridging together a call between Outreach and their external phone, with a call between Outreach and the other party, the number of minutes used is doubled.

Pay-Per-Min (Variable)

Outreach offers the ability for customers to pay for usage; they are billed at the end of each month.

  • This is the most flexible option but can be more expensive for higher volume users.
  • Voice minutes pricing is dependent on the destination of the call.
  • Refer to Additional Resources section at the bottom to download the pay-per-use rates.

Note: Pay-per-use option and pricing are also used for consumption over and above the subscription plan limits if purchasing a plan.

Subscription Calling Plans

Calling plans provide a cost-effective solution for users making higher volumes of calls.

  • Calling plans are best suited for customers calling into specific regions (i.e. US or Europe)
  • Calling plans are priced on a per-user basis with purchased plans being applied to users each month with the most usage to provide the greatest value.
  • A standard plan includes 1000 min per user per month; a premium plan has unlimited calling.
    • Unlimited plans are designed for reasonable commercial usage (defined as 3000 minutes per month) beyond which Outreach reserves the right to charge variable rates.
  • The Calling plans for US & Canada also include a local phone number.

Global Minutes Calling Package

The global calling plan is targeted for global calling outside the United States/Canada.

  • The plan is best suited for customers calling internationally and across the globe.
  • The plan covers calling 50 countries priced at $300/month/org.
  • The plan includes a fixed quantity of 10,000 minutes per month available for all users.
  • For calling above 10,000 minutes, customers purchase additional blocks of 1000 minutes each for any given month at a rate of $40 per 1000 minutes.
  • Any additional calls to countries not covered by the plan are billed at variable rates.

Note: Global package does not cover calling into US and Canada.

Outreach offers the ability for customers to pay for usage; they are billed at the end of each month.

Note: The US & Canada subscription calling plans described in the section above include a local phone number.

Shared Phone Numbers Plan (US & Canada Only)

The Shared Phone Numbers Plan provides shared (pooled) numbers within the same Org

  • This plan is to be used in conjunction with the Local Dial feature.
  • It enables Local Dial to use a common pool of numbers that an entire org can use for calling
  • There is no limit to how many phone numbers are used.
  • The plan is only applicable to US & Canada.

The plan does not cover:

  • Phone numbers purchased and assigned specifically to an individual user vs a common pool
  • Phone numbers outside of the US and Canada are billed at the applicable country rate.
