At Explore last week, we announced our upcoming AI Prospecting Agent, built to optimize seller workflows, so they can focus on what they do best: build relationships and close deals.

Behind every great player is a great coach — or in this case, a smart coach. Smart Kaia Coaching has been supporting sellers with real-time call feedback, self-evaluation, note recording, and more. Customers, like PushPay, have seen tremendous success in empowering sales teams to be more successful. 

The exciting news we shared at Explore is that KAIA’s capabilities are only getting better, and we’re prepared to bring more functions of smart coaching in the future. Custom topics and topic reports will enable managers to track key trends, uncover risks, and provide data-driven coaching. Upcoming features, like deeper CRM sync and KAIA live for WebEx, promise even more power in the hands of sales improvement. 

3. Better reporting and forecasting

Reporting in Outreach has always been at the heart of performance management. It’s where teams identify what’s working, what isn’t, and how efforts translate into results. But our customers reported a lack of flexibility. We listened. 

With our newest updates, Outreach now offers custom layouts. These layouts empower users to work from pre-configured templates or create entirely personalized dashboards. Metrics such as email engagement, call outcomes, meetings booked, and rep leaderboards can be easily added, resized, and customized—all delivered in near real-time with clickable drill-downs for deeper insights.

Almost as important as reporting is forecasting. And on the forecasting side, new features like Line Item Forecasting, enterprise territory syncing, and quota management streamline complex processes. Now, teams can forecast by product line and monitor pacing towards goals.

4. Streamlined Account-Based Selling 

Account-based selling requires precision, strategy, and a keen understanding of key accounts. Yet, too often, sellers are bogged down by disorganized workflows and scattered data. That’s why we’ve built tools to help teams simplify and streamline account-based selling, making it easier to focus on driving revenue from top-tier accounts.

At Explore24, we announced an upgrade to Account Plans, the core of this transformation. They centralize engagement strategies, account intelligence, and key milestones, enabling sellers to track progress and refine approaches—all in one place. Admins are the unsung heroes of any sales operation, and we’re making their lives easier (and their teams more efficient) with powerful new tools for customization and optimization.

With features like required fields, custom data types, and CRM custom objects, admins can make sure data stays consistent and workflows run smoothly. No more chasing down missing details or untangling messy records—just clean, streamlined data that keeps the sales engine humming.

And because admins deserve insights as sharp as their spreadsheets, the Admin Health Dashboard is here to help. It offers a bird’s-eye view of platform performance, making it simple to troubleshoot issues, monitor usage, and drive better user engagement across the board.
