As soon as you log into the app, the Home Screen provides a clear, organized view of your day. Here, all your tasks( calls, emails, or meetings) are laid out for quick access, helping you prioritize and tackle them with ease. You can filter by task type to hone in on your priorities or view all tasks at once to stay on top of your day.
When your day is packed with meetings, the Outreach Mobile App helps you stay productive between appointments. With the Outreach Mobile App, you can swipe to start a call with any prospect on your task list. Once the call is done, logging is easy; you can add any notes or dispositions, mark it as complete, and move on to the next task — all within the app. This seamless experience ensures every detail is captured accurately, so your CRM data is always up to date.
Need to prepare for a call while on the go? The Records Page offers a comprehensive view of each prospect and account, including their details and any active tasks —all in one place. Say you’re between meetings and need to review details for an upcoming call; instead of navigating through multiple screens, simply open the app and have everything you need right there.
This is just the beginning. We're working hard to bring even more robust, field-rep-specific features to the app. Upcoming releases will include a Prospect Map, helping you identify nearby prospects to plan your route more efficiently. Additionally, Kaia meeting summaries and the Assist feature will allow you to quickly review key points from previous conversations and even answer specific questions like, “What competitors were mentioned last time?”
