Sellers can customize columns on Prospects, Accounts, Opportunities, Voice, and User list pages to access information quickly and save time. This new feature allows you to easily move columns into a different order as well as add in custom columns you might be syncing from your CRM. Column Customization is now rolling out to customers today.
Consolidated Reporting provides valuable data-driven insights into your team's performance. The Sales Execution Report, Team, and Sequence reports are now available in one place, making it easier for you to find out how your team is performing. In addition, there are new filters and pivots so you can compare team vs. team or user vs. user and export all your data into a CSV. Consolidated Reporting is rolling out to customers today.
Insight into buyer reactions is critical when moving deals forward. With Kaia Topic Search, reps and managers can see the exact moments keywords are said in meetings, such as “next steps,” “budget,” “ legal,” “ support” and more. The increased visibility into Kaia Topics and Reactions reduces the need to rely on seller interpretation of calls. With this valuable insight into buyer sentiment, sellers and managers can quickly evaluate if the deal is at risk, moving forward, or if the manager can provide additional coaching. Kaia Topic Search and Kaia Topics and Reactions are now available for customers today.
For organizations looking for more ways to protect sensitive information on calls, gone are the days of reviewing calls and manually redacting information. Kaia Call Redaction allows organizations to redact when a series of four numbers are uttered in sequence, on a call, from the transcript, protecting sensitive information. Kaia Call Redaction is now available for customers today.
To speed up onboarding, enhance seller productivity, and remove non-selling tasks for multinational and multilingual selling teams, we are excited to announce Kaia Live AI transcripts are now available in Spanish, French, and German. Trying to find the right content can slow a seller down, and this problem is amplified as data continues to grow; however traditional governance controls are often rigid and hard to use. We are happy to announce that admins can now apply Content Governance using collections and teams to further control their content at scale, and ensure the right users have access to the right content. Once enabled, sellers can more quickly put contacts into the right sequence, then find the right templates and snippets for every conversation throughout the sales cycle. Content Governance is now available for customers today.
For customers with more stringent external regulatory obligations and require data residency as part of the security and privacy policies, we are happy to share that the Outreach EU Data Center will now include mutual action plans, conversation intelligence, rep coaching, and deal insights. The new capabilities are now available for customers in the EU Data Center today.

Outreach's new Enhanced CRM Sync Experience offers an improved, user-friendly UI for easy CRM integration. This new experience enables you to integrate your CRM to Outreach faster than ever before, helping your teams gain access to the latest sales data and improving seller efficiency by sharing the information you need back to your CRM. Enhanced CRM Sync Experience is available to customers using Salesforce and Dynamics today.
